People in Centre team member joined as Trainer in UNDP and UN-ESCAP organized SAARC regional training on Post Disaster Needs Assessment during April 24 to April 29, 2016. This 4-day training held at Chillaw, SriLanka, was aimed at building national capacity to conduct damage and needs assessment in case of disasters. Training included participants from SriLanka, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. People in Centre team member led the housing and Community Infrastructure sector.
