PiC undertook a feasibility study to look into possibilities of promoting community based systems for water treatment through social entrpreneurship model. The study focused on Western Rajasthan and Kutch, Gujarat. Both these are arid and water scarce regions where drinking water quality is generally poor and there is need of treatment facilities. The report made recommendations on how social entrepreneurship could be promoted.
