Impact of High Incidence of Kidney Stone – A Study of Coastal Villages in Junagadh, Gujarat

Public health in coastal regions of Saurashtra has become a major concern. High incidence of kidney stones amongst men, women and children is result of contamination of drinking water due to seawater intrusion. This is also confirmed in our field studies. Rajnarayan Indu and myself undertook a study in coastal villages. The paper coauthored by me and published by AKRSP(i) is shared here.
