After tropical cyclone Seroja hit Timor Leste and caused unprecedented floods in Timor Leste, UNDP undertook Household and Building Damage Assessment. Vivek Rawal of PiC was invited as the expert to lead the assessment of the building damage. Nearly 1000 buildings were assessed and analyzed to understand the type and extent of damage.
