The Shelter Group (ODR Collaborative) is network of organizations facilitating people centred empowering approach to housing particularly post disaster reconstruction. ‘People in Centre’ Consulting is involved as part of the group for Kosi Flood Rehabilitation in Bihar. ‘A Design Handbook for Bamboo Houses‘ was published by The Shelter Group in collaboration with Bihar Institute for Public Administration and Rural Development.
