An evaluation of tsunami projects in India supported with an aid of 25 million swiss francs from Swiss Solidarity was under taken by myself and P. Thamizoli. The projects were implemented by Swiss NGOs and their Indian partners in Tamilnadu, Pondicherry and Kerala. The report was submitted to Swiss Solidarity and an evaluation workshop to discuss the findings and recommendations was organised during October 2 – 4, 2008 in Trivandrum.Though complete report is not in public domain, a brief article on the evaluation workshop is available on Swiss Solidarity website.
