After tsunami in December 2004, CIDA supported 6 reconstruction projects in India. An independent monitoring team consisting of myself and P. Thamizoli monitored these projects periodically and assessment reports were shared with CIDA and its partners. During the period of 2006 to 2009, five monitoring reports were made.
