Mid-term assessment of shelter reconstruction after tsunami in Tamilnadu was undertaken by Hunnarshala and coordinated by me. This assessment was mandated by Government of Tamilnadu and United Nations team for Tsunami Recovery Support (UNTRS). The assessment reports are available in two parts.
