An architect by training, Rajesh Shah has over 45 years of experience in the social development sector. He is managing trustee of VIKAS, a nonprofit, and managing director of SAVE Ltd., a for-profit technical service organization, both based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He has been the founder member and chairperson of the  Board of Directors of People in Centre Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd. since 2008.
